this place was nice then went downhill in a blink of an eye. between the nightly outdoor fights and the drug deals happening in the courtyard as little kids ran around outside at 11pm. This place was ridiculos but since the landlord was "buddies" with everyone nothing got done. As for maintenence lets just say these guys could show you how to eat a big mac like nobodys bisness but when it came to fixing anything the were about as useless as they come.  Need to rent an apartment?
