Apartment Review for Via Ventura At Mc Cormick Ranch - Scottsdale, AZ

Had some issues @ move in but were handled promptly. Maintinence is courteous. It's an older complex so some things are a bit out of date but manageable. Office staff is constantly changing so don't expect anyone to know you or any situation you've run into. Pretty safe. Never had anything broken into or stolen. Better than a lot of complexes in Scottsdale. Unfortunately, that's not much of a standard to hold it to. All in all, a decent place to live
