Apartment Review for The Woods Group - Scottsdale, AZ

Hi, Of all the property management companies I have dealt with in the Phoenix area, this one is the worst. Me and my girlfriend were a bit skeptial when we saw their $300 non-refundable cleaning fee. Chris informed us that if the apartment was just for carpet cleaning and a regular cleaning. We went along with it, due to the fact that we were so far along on our apartment search. When we moved out The woods group sent us 2 invoices that totaled $350. I don't know who they use for cleaning, but we left this place fairly clean when we left. After we moved out we spend several hours, mopping, and making sure that everything was picked up.
