I suggest you have a mold remediation team inspect your apartment before you decide to move in. I suffered several major floods in my apartment, ruined my furniture and other personal belongings in which the management team ignored, they fixed the leaks and laid my carpet back down wet, ignored my maintenence plees repeatedly, ignored my notifications that there was major mold growing in the apartment, then took me to collections for $115 because I left a stain on the carpet. SHE ALSO STATES THAT THEY DON'T BOTHER TO NOTIFY YOU WHEN YOU OWE AFTER YOU MOVE OUT, THEY JUST SEND YA RIGHT TO COLLECTIONS... I WOULD LOOK ELSEWHERE IF I WERE YOU...
