Apartment Review for Sunscape - Scottsdale, AZ

The carpet in the unit should have been replaced two tenants age. Seams showing. You can see where repairs were done. Needs stretching in areas where I hid with furniture. Filled out the initial walk through report. Noted the weatherstripping around entry door needs replacement. Replace in a very timely manner. Only problem is now the door sticks so hard that you have to slam your body into the door to open it. I request that it be adjusted and it is now going on a week and it still hasn't been fix. I go into the office to complain and I am told if I don't calm down the reapir won't be fix at all and that I will have to leave the office. Makes me wonder how long it will take to get a major repair done in the future? I haven't lived here a month. Maintainence staff is friendly, office staff worthless. Better customer service at a fast food restaurant.
