Apartment Review for Sunscape - Scottsdale, AZ

Sunscape is the worst complex in which I have ever lived. When I call for a maintenance problem, I'll be lucky to see someone within a week. The people in the office are complete a-holes. The maintenance guys are really nice, but the people in the office must have taken courses on "How to be an a-hole." And the most ridiculous part--they're turning these apts. into condos! You don't have more than 1 floor, & if you live on the 1st floor, you have to listen to people walk around above your head! And I just found out that these idiots are charging $231,000 for my apt.! It's a 1 BR, 1 BA, with a loft. Unless you have money to "throw around," don't buy a condo. here! You get no lawn, & no privacy.
