Apartment Review for Sun King Apartments - Scottsdale, AZ

Definitely the worst. The property is old and deteriorating. Many people are smart and moving out. There seems to be constant problems with every facet of living here. Just drive through the parking lots, you'll notice all the broken asphalt and potholes, OK? Pretty much explains the entire property Maintenance, well mostly "band-aids" Barking dogs?... Oh Yes!! Office Staff is terrible in my opinion. Just because you ask for something, it doesn't mean it will get done.
