Apartment Review for Summertree - Scottsdale, AZ

well i have lived in this apartment complex since march and its been hell the last 4 months. imagaine this arizona 110 degrees out side and it feels cooler outside then inside your home! ya the chiller broke and it too then a week to repair it and they still are not sure if they did it right. management sucks and so does mantenice!!!!!!! do not come here . loud noise all night long in the pool , comunity water so your bill gets charged for every one else is water and the sprinkler system . pool is always closed with pool furniture in the water!!
