Apartment Review for Summertree - Scottsdale, AZ

We moved in as a favor to a friend who was losing her roommate, little did we know, we were moving into the apartment from hell. None of the appliances worked, and it took us 3 weeks to have someone come and unclog the drain in our kitchen. 3 WEEKS! There is no security here at all. Our car was broken into twice. We never get a parking spot close to the house, and end up staying up all night listening to gunshots from across the street.
