Apartment Review for Scottsdale New Ventura - Scottsdale, AZ

This outrageous slum is a double sword: on one hand, few older tenants don’t want to leave it and wait until the owners, who violate the law by hiding their identities, would be removed from the property, and on the other, everyone just hate this place like personal enemy. Every city official would confirm this is the worst management ever. Older tenants don’t want and cannot move out too often due to their fragile condition and yet half of them moved away. Some approached me quietly (being afraid of retaliation by the management) and told me they will go out of their way just to move out. Discrimination is rampant and maintenance is ignored even in most extreme, emergency situations when the front lock is broken, shower or A/C does not work, etc. I complained to various officials for over a year and the abusive slumlord tried to evict me, a quiet scholar on disability, from the property as retaliation. I won, and yet this gang kept standing water in my apartment with unbearable stench to destroy my property, my health, and get me out at all costs in order to stop complaints on their gangster style methods. I also read various reviews online, outdated and wrong. For example, just today I came across myplace.com saying that pets are not allowed. Not only pets allowed, but some of them are pooping all over the place and this “stuff” is NEVER removed, even after housing agency code inspector photographed it. All this arrogant, abusive and despicable management does is harassing tenants and refuses all maintenance. I lived in many slums; this one is the worst and most unlawful. You can contact me if you have anything to say in this regard and I guarantee 100% that if you ever find a positive review on this place, it is not legitimate.
