Apartment Review for Scottsdale Greens - Scottsdale, AZ

I have lived in a lot of apartment complexes and Scottsdale Green is by far the worst. I have lived here for 10 months and have had nothing but problems. When I first moved in my AC was broken, my toilet was broken, and my washer/dryer was not hooked up...and they had over a month to get it ready for my arrival! Since then my AC has broken multiple times and my apartment was flooded by the upstairs plumbing. I could write a book about the problems I have had with MNGT. The general vibe they give is that they DO NOT CARE. I even tried to call the MNGT company to log a complaint, but they have not returned my phone calls. I have been offered no compensation for any of my many problems. Do yourself a favor and find a better place, even if you have to spend a few extra bucks. P.S. - they give money to tenants if they write a positive review on sites like this one.
