Apartment Review for Scottsdale Greens - Scottsdale, AZ

The only reason why there are good reviews for this complex is because they take money off your rent. The only reason why I'm still here is because the location is great and the rent is the cheapest in this area. The front office staff could care less about the renters needs. If I have a repair request sometimes the staff doesn’t turn it into maintenance. Normally you have to call more than once to get something fixed. It takes about a week or more to get something fixed. My air conditioner had a very bad leak; I had to empty buckets out every 2-3 hours, after a week and lots of phone calls it took the guy 15 minutes to fix it(not so hard but yet a lot of work especially for me). My kitchen light was out for two weeks before they came and fixed it. I don’t understand why it takes them so long they have like 100 maintenance people working for them. I see them all the time ridding carts, walking, and sitting around the apartment complex at all hours of the day and late evening. The worst thing that has happened to me was that I went 20 hours without a toilet or shower in a one bedroom apartment (which I believe is illegal). I don’t even want to write about it because I get pissed off. This is only some of the stuff that I went through I could go on and on about noise, parking, cleanness, and rudeness but I’m tired of typing. When my lease is up I think I would rather pay more money for rent that put up with this.
