Apartment Review for Scottsdale Greens - Scottsdale, AZ

3rd owner in 3 years here. No one will do anything for a property when they plan on flipping it in a year or so. The owners just paint, and hope to make a killing on the sale of Scottsdale Greens to the next group who raises rents, paints and sells to the next group. First year was OK. Thought the second year was a step down, now it is sliding away and I'll be looking to move. Since the middle of last year it's been straight downhill for Scottsdale Greens. No matainance, rents have gone up and all common good things eg gym/weight room, jacuzzi, sauna, heated pool in winter, security gates--are all now broken, torn out, not working for over 2 years or gone completly. When new and kept up, I bet this was a nice spot--1979.

Find someplace else instead of here.

Management will tell you these apartments are "undervalued" at a base price of $700/mo. All the owners have been doing is removing the profit from the complex through the quick sales, nothing has been put in and the future for this place is higher rents with less spent on the complex till the next sale.
