Dumpy grounds and unsafe neighborhood. Don't move

Unsafe neighborhood. Had my mt bike stolen from my second floor balcony while I was sleeping. The grounds are rundown and the staff is unfriendly and incompetent. Not to mention the rent rates just went up!! Would definitely not reccomend moving here unless no one else will take you, or you like living in a crap hole..  Need to rent an apartment?
