Apartment Review for Scottsdale Greens - Scottsdale, AZ

Well I dont even know where to begin there was so many problems the office staff is incompetent and uncaring they will flat out lie to your face the maintenance employees are unskilled and when they repaired a worn-out door hinge in my apt they had the office add on a repair fee for 25.00 to cover the cost of the door that was already worn out when I moved in I had to fight paying the bill the walls are thin and it is easy to hear what is going on next door the property is pet friendly however the people who lived next to me had two large dogs and never picked up after them even when the dogs went on the sidewalk the pools are supposed to be closed at night but the young people who live on the property jump over the fence and have noisy drunken pool parties leaving behind broken glass in the pool area the property is supposed to be secure however they only have a security patrol service do patrol checks the guard does not even get out of his car just drives in and back out not even checking the pools I brought this fact up to the office and was told by the manager that patrol was better than having a full time guard because the bad guys will never know when he might show up I told her what a better job a full time security guard could do one who got to know the property and the residents who lived there the manager told me that I did not know what I was talking about and when I asked about the security gates that are never closed they only said maintenance is working on it however cars where being broken into and noisy parties where normal my reserved parking space was taken often by visitors because of a lack of visitor parking leaving me to park far away from my apartment when one of the residents did call to have a car towed from their space they got there tires slashed a few days latter so I never called the tow truck and got no help from management in the matter
