Apartment Review for Scottsdale Desert Shadows Apartments - Scottsdale, AZ

This apartment complex is very old and the upkeep of the property is horrible! There is litter and trash everywhere on property. There is ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING! There are too many people that have several occupants in their apartment so there is no parking for those of us who actually pay rent. The office and maintenance staff is constantly outside smoking...I don't think I have ever seen the managers working in the office! The managers don't care much about the residents and neglect their concerns. If you aren't picky and want cheap rent this is the place for you. Those of you with some common sense would chose elsewhere.
