Apartment Review for San Tropez - Scottsdale, AZ

This is my second time to San Tropez, should have learned my lesson the first time. My first time here I had a flood in my apartment when the apartment above me had a sprinkler head fly off. The noise level is loud. No help from the office personnell either. Lots of weekend parties and loud rude neighbors. When you call the security patrol they are always too busy or just left the grounds...not very responsive. I was assured my apartment was fully remodeled and everything was new..but it smelled of cigarette smoke espescially the closet. The washer leaks water and the maintenance people have been here twice and it's still not fixed or replaced. The worst part is whenever the air conditioning or heat runs the sink in the bathroom sounds like it's going to back up and this is supposidly "normal". There is nice lighting on the grounds except for the weekends when the rude people who live here try to pull them down...lots of broken fixtures on the weekends. I do not reccomend this apartment complex.
