Apartment Review for San Marin Apartments - Scottsdale, AZ

After moving out, San Marin Apartments attempted to invoice us $1300 to replace the carpet in the entire three bedroom apartment. At the time of move-out, San Marin did not note any issues with the carpet. We were not given a move out inspection report at the time of the inspection. The court found in our favor. Not only did San Marin have to return our full deposit, but we were also awarded additional monies and court costs. I recommend that you shampoo the carpets in your apartment after removing all your furniture and prior to the move-out inspection. Then, take detail video or photos of the entire apartment. We will follow this procedure at every apartment we rent from now on. Even though we won our case, it was a hassle.
