Looks good on your tour. After you move in reality sets in. Manager doesn't do anything and has no communication skills. Pool area is dirty and not kept up. Landscaping is non-existent. Only care about filling unit and keeping the vacancy down leading to a poor rental clientele. If you are looking for a luxury place like they advertise this is not the place. Do yourself a favor so you won't have to move twice and avoid here in the first place.
