Apartment Review for San Antigua Apartments - Scottsdale, AZ

It has a security system that you must pay for, weither it's active or not. You can't bring your own washer/dryer - you have to rent theirs. The carpet was new, but it looks like it was laid by people unfamilar with carpet. The bath rooms needs to be remodeled and the kitchen is out of date. The couter tops are cheap laminate that they repainted, not replaced, when I moved in. The blinds are cheap and colored from the sun/heat. The water, on average is shut off everyother month for repairs to water mains. The management staff with the exception of Joe, are a bunch of snobs (or wanta-bes) that are more interested in image than substance.
