I lived in the complex for three and a 1/2 years and the complex and management were awful. The apartments were falling apart and no one seemed to care. When I called for maintenance requests the calls were not answered, and the towards the end of my time there (Sept. 2005) the complex looked like it belonged in south Phoenix. The place is a dump  Need to rent an apartment?
