Apartment Review for Pavillion Apartments - Scottsdale, AZ

The maintanance crew wont respond unless its an emergency. I lived in this apartment for 12 years, going thru 3 different owners. We are moving, cause cant get anything repaired in the apartment. They keep telling us that they are too under staffed and will get to our needs as soon as they can. But then never show up. Our apartment needs painting,new carpeting, a toilet that flushes the 1st time(either toilet) and the kitchen cabinets are bowing from long time wear.
