Apartment Review for Overlook The Apartments Leasing Office - Scottsdale, AZ

Unfortunately, I have to admit that I actually lived in a Cabrillo apartment for two long years of my life. Just a few of the pleasures of living here included: 1. STINKY DOG POOP EVERYWHERE: There is nothing more wonderful than coming home to big stinky logs of alpo that have been baking in the Arizona sun all day. Mmmm... And managment did nothing about it!!! Lazy tenants that don't pick up after their dogs drive me nuts. Poop that atomizes can make people really sick! 2. YOU COULD HEAR PEOPLE URINATING! I might as well have lived in the ghetto with the shoddy construction that is Cabrillo. You can only imagine all the other wonderful sounds you could hear! 3. MONEY HUNGRY MANAGEMENT: They wanted me to pay for full replacement of carpet upon moveout. I lived there two years and the carpet was not new when I got there. Be wary of scam tactics! God be with whomever is unfortunate enough to live here! It's a shame people have to be so greedy and that they allow such filth.
