Apartment Review for Orchidtree Apartments - Scottsdale, AZ

This complex has deteriorated over the past year and a half. We have had 4 different managers since that time, maintenance takes a week to resolve problems due to disorganization in the office not the maintenance staff, the quality of tenants has gone from middle class to where 12 people live in one apartment. I went three months of last summer without A/C. There are cops on the premises for one thing or another every night. Cars have been broken into. Loud parties in apartments all weekends and the noise is intolerable...I'm moving when my lease is up in May...my suggestion......do not move into this complex.
