Apartment Review for Oasis At Scottsdale - Scottsdale, AZ

These reveiws must be from the office staff!!! 70% of the people have moved out. The new owners have let the property go downhill! The chilling system has been 'replaced' yet only a few apartments are 'cooled' The heat in the summer is inhuman and even hot and humid in the cooler weather. Bushes are dead or chopped down. Zero curb appeal. Mold problems. Maintenance men even quit and moved away. Noise problems most of the time. Car theft. Office staff is unprofessional and deceptive! They lowered rents to fill all of the vacant apts. Some tenants are paying almost $200 more than the newer tenants plus $50 more for washer and dryer which takes up all of the cupboard space.I cannot say enough negitive things about this place. Just be warned!!!!
