Apartment Review for Mcdonald East - Scottsdale, AZ

I lived here from March 2005 - April 2007 and really enjoyed it. The management is super nice and easy to deal with. They are always on the ball when it comes to requested repairs. The apartments have good-quality fixtures and tons of closet space. The grounds are well-kept and provide a relaxed setting. There are many elderly people in the community which is great if you enjoy the peace and quiet. They upgraded their laundry rooms in late 2006 and they are the cleanest laundry rooms I have ever used. The only thing I wish they had was a mailbox bank that held packages larger than your assigned mailbox. If you get a package you have to pick it up at the office whose office hours are 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday. Not the most convenient thing if you work a full-time job. Also, there is a bit of traffic noise if you pick an apartment that faces the street. All-in-all, I would recommend this apartment to anyone. P.S. No pets are allowed
