Apartment Review for Mcdonald East - Scottsdale, AZ

PROCEED WITH CAUTION!! Staff are all related to one another, have their favorite tenants, and are openly biased. Therefore, if you have a problem with a neighbor they favor (as is what happened to me), forget it -- they are either too afraid of lawsuits or you are just too easy to replace! Also, they do not keep their promises re. apt. upgrades; will tell you you are on a "waiting list" & you'll never hear from them! Response to maintenance is random at best. Then there are the pipe water bursts & rediculous rent increases. . .
