Been living here for over a year and enjoy it very much. Close to downtown Scottsdale and the Loop 101. Only 2 miles from Trader Joe's, AJ's fine foods, other shopping & the post office. The grounds are pleasant & shady - and who doesn't like hot tubs, or having a heated pool in the winter?  Need to rent an apartment?
