Apartment Review for Legend At Kierland - Scottsdale, AZ

This is the place for you. I've watched the degeneration of this complex over the last 3 years. There is constant noise all hours of the day and night at the secondary (not the main) pool. Quiet hours (supposed to be after 10pm) are non-existent and not enforced in any way, shape or form. I've witnessed illegal drug use and 3 domestic disputes (one of which the cops were involved) within the last 4 months. We've filed complaints until we're blue in the face. We are looked upon as a nuisance by the building management team. A member of the team that lives onsite has openly admitted to witnessing some of the same things we have complained about and still nothing is done about it. Again, if you're a partier, go for it you'll love it.
