Apartment Review for Irvine Park - Scottsdale, AZ

I have lived at Apartment 151 at Irvine Park for 1 year. With no one above me it seemed fine. But the walls and ceilings are paper thin. Noise from next door neighbors on weekends was harsh. Once someone moved in above us, all hell has broken loose. There is NO help from management. Our "neighbors" are rude, obnoxious traveling construction workers who are up partying and drinking 24-7. Regular noises are just bearable. Anything else quickly becomes nightmarishly intolerable.
