Apartment Review for Irvine Park - Scottsdale, AZ

i will be done with my lease in 2 months. do not move here. get out now. do not waste your precious money living here. i currently live in a bug & mildew infested apt. marla aka the office manager leaves 15 - 30 mins everyday, even though the posted hrs are 8 a - 6 p m - f. she refuses to do anymore repairs in my apt, even though it was the plumbers fault for the damage to my property. i am to the point that i need to call & speak to a rep at the landlord tenant act to see what else i need to do. i am hoping that i can break my lease & still get my deposit back. i have lived here from dec 06 till now. i repeat do not live here. please take your money else where. i will write another review with regards to my leaving.
