Apartment Review for Irvine Park - Scottsdale, AZ

Maintenance doesn't know what they are doing. Leasing office staff (I think they are family) is very rude, not wanting to compensate for problems with unit that they can't fix, or take forever to fix. Gate system is terrible. If you have a visitor, you have to walk/drive to gate to let them in if you don't want to pay for another gate remote (each --even your's is $25 deposit). If you order pizza, or have any other delivery service, they need to walk to your apartment from the front office, or you have to drive/walk to gate to let them in. No walk through near gate either, you have to walk through office. Bad for kids needing to walk to school if you are closer to front/McDowell Rd than office. Unprofessional staff altogether. Just moved in within a month ago, wishing I could break my lease already!!!
