Apartment Review for The Highlands Apartments - Scottsdale, AZ

The Highlands in Scottsdale is fairly quit at nigt, however during the day there are many kids playing outside and in the street. The office staff and maintence is extremely rude and invasive. Work in the complex is not done in a timely manner. For example, last I received a notice saying the water in the apartment complex was going to be turned off THAT NEXT DAY between 9:00am to 3:00pm. Well, the water was not turned back on until 7:00pm. Overall the apartment is overpriced and offers little. I would not suggest that anyone plan rent at the Highlands in Scottsdale.
