Apartment Review for High Desert Village - Scottsdale, AZ

The management will seem nice at first and the property is beautiful, but this place is run by P.B. Bell Asset Mangement and they are about as corrupt as you can get. The property is totally mismanaged. They only care about profit and not about ethics, morals, good business, your health, happiness or safety. The management routinely lies, engages in fraud and uses strong arm methods to collect money from vacating tenants that the tenants do not owe. My friends had to sue in court before P.B. Bell would return their security deposit and stop the treats of lawsuits and ruining their credit. I am finally filing actions against them in court after trying to resolve disputes with their office. If you rent here you will most likely spend a year fighting them, their attorney Andrew Hull, their collection agency Canyon State Professional Services before having to go to court too. Or you could just pay them whatever illegal, fraudulent charges they make up at the end of your lease. Ask yourself - is it worth it.
