Apartment Review for Crown Court - Scottsdale, AZ

The apts are decent (poorly insulated/not sound proof, but decent). As a matter of fact, the APS bills are quite high and I conserve. I have stayed because it is very centrally located to my office, my warehouse space, 101 access and I don't want to move in the summer which is always when my lease comes up. The maintenace staff are very nice but overworked. The office staff are vastly superior to the rest of us and seem to gain pleasure in delaying or denying any request you may have (always citing "It's policy. so sorry, I understand, but policy). They go out of the way to be pains. Luckily, I don't need any interaction with the staff unless something breaks. 48 hours is the policy on fixing things that are not "emergency". From what I can tell, air con and floods are the only emergencies. Stove broke - 48 hours. Microwave - too bad, 48 hours. Washer/dryer - "oh you have a load of wet clothes submerged in the suddenly broken washer - 48 hours. Rent at your own risk.
