Apartment was dumpy. Carpet was several years old, dirty and worn out. We were visiting relatives there, and at the time the apartment across the way was a crime scene. We we were told not to drink the water and several times the water was turned off. Off and on plumbing issues. Gated community withi minimal parking for visitors. Typically parties on the weekends.  Need to rent an apartment?
