I totally disagree with the last post. I have recently moved in and Melissa has been nothing but nice and easy to deal with. The location is amazing and it is a very quiet community. I do agree that the appliances are old but they do work just fine. I would recommend Cibola to anyone.  Need to rent an apartment?
