These are not the luxury apartments they want you to believe. The appliances are old and cheap. There is always noise from your neighbors. The owner only wants money, will not spend money. The pool and hot tub were broken for months. management turns over so fast it is hard to keep track of. For the high amount of rent you pay, there are much better deals out there.
