These people don't have a clue. Today, for about the fifth time in five months, they shut my water off without notice for half a day. I guess the tenants don't matter. They have repair work to do and they just shut off the water. Tough luck if you have a job to go to and were planning on taking a shower or if you have to go out to dinner. So sorry, you can just go out all stinky. Did they ever hear of advance notice? Beware! Keep a supply of water in your refrigerator and be prepared to have your life screwed up without notice. And the class of tenants leaves a lot to be desired. Just the other day I was about to go to sleep when some idiots came in with a car blasting bass (at 3AM). The nonsense lasted for 10 or 15 minutes. I'm sure you could have heard it three blocks away. And watch out for the rent increases! The move-in rates are deceptively low, but once you're here, they sock it to you every year with obscene rent increases. I'm moving in a few months, and they can try to collect rent from an empty apartment. The guy upstairs had the same problem. He's gone and now they have a new set of suckers in that apartment.
