Apartment Review for Camellero Apartments - Scottsdale, AZ

I have lived at Camellero for almost 3 years and have never had a problem except for a crazy jealous hag that lived below me. I asked to be transferred to another apartment and they waived the transfer fee of $250 and when I renewed my lease, they only raised it 60 bucks which is not bad considering the Old Town Scottsdale location. Yeah, the place is old and it sometimes sucks that it's as big as it is (parking can be a pain), but I have a dog (I do pick up his poop, but I understand others concerns about it being all over the place...they need more of those doggie stations, there is only one on the side I live on) but my new neighbors are great and when I need something fixed, maintenance does it right. Any complaints I've had has been taken care of very quickly. As long as my rent stays at the good rate it's at now, I'll stay there! There are a lot of nice people there as well, but a lot of students which can be a turn off because of the parties (I've only had to call the cops once due to a party). I'm in my mid 20s and the party thing is so blah now. Anyways, if you can get over the little stuff, then you'll like it there :)
