Apartment Review for Camellero Apartments - Scottsdale, AZ

We had nothing but problems when we lived at Camellero. The apartment staff is incompetent and not helpful at all. They don't deal with problems or issues in a professional or timely matter whatsoever. While we were still moving in, our patio was flooded with over 3 inches of water. The next week a light fixture in our bathroom had water streaming out of it. There is dog poop all over the property. During monsoon season, our window sill flooded every storm. The hot water fluctuates from one extreme to another the entire time you take a shower. The location of the property is great but you get a dump for the expensive rent you pay every month. Oh, there is also a severe cockroach problem which is quite disgusting.
