Apartment Review for Camellero Apartments - Scottsdale, AZ

While looking at the apartment, I was told that 70% of utilities were paid. After putting $100 down, they called me a couple days later and told me that my particular apartment was not one that received the 70%. After going in and trying to get the $100 dollars back, they refused saying they had already started the application. i decided to eat the $100 loss rather than live in a complex that cons you into giving them money.
