See remarks for Scottsdale Cove Apartments. Aventura is the most recently given fluff name to try to hide its real name: "Pretty-uped, triple over-priced, needs a total renovation, if you are a fool we will sell to you, flippers can't sell for a profit now in a slumping market, 50% of initial sales from October 15, 2005 fell through, dump apartments."
