Apartment Review for Acacia Creek Apartments - Scottsdale, AZ

For the location Acacia Creek sucks big time...rents are high...always noise...from our unit you could hear the upstairs tenant's shower...something to do with the pipes...landscape crew were creating noise @ 6 a.m. on Friday's...who the heck wants to be disturbed @ that time of morning...sidewalks are always a mess...no wonder there is doggie doo all over the place...most times they are out of poop bags...and yet the signage threatens to fine you if you do not clean up after your pet!!!!????

Maintenance crew act like wardens and it gives you the creeps to be on the property....they fly by on their carts most interested in what you are doing....instead of the piles of maintenance requests they should be servicing.

The chatter on the property is how much a person is paying....the company does a rent comparison so on any day of the week your rent could fluctuate considerably.

The office staff stays nestled in their resopective offices and have no personality....maybe the rents are so high because they all wear Equity Residential logo clothing.

There is a huge vacancy rate and it seems to climb daily.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PROPERTY!!!!!!!!
